Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow five days to process your order. Expect an email within ten days to let you know your order is on the way!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
TRACKING:
You can track your orders by logging into your account and checking your Order Status.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Import Fees: You are solely responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, and local Canadian taxes (GST/HST/PST) assessed by your government or the shipping carrier at the border.
Separate Charges: These fees are not included in your order total or checkout shipping costs.
Refused Packages: If a shipment is refused due to unexpected import fees, any return shipping costs or penalties charged to us will be deducted from your final refund.
DAMAGE:
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@advantagetoolsllc.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
